Hi,
If you’re reading this, then I guess I finally did it… I have always been a dreamer. Someone who could always see what I wanted in my mind, but like so many others life found a way to throw a wrench into it. Now that wrench was many different things in my life. A flat tire making me miss a first date. A job that didn’t call me back regardless of my experience. I could go on and on… Like I’m sure you can, and would if this were a two way conversation.
Sadly, it is not. I am simply just writing on a virtual page to get my message to a virtual screen. To a real person… A human. Like me. A person who has experienced a life. A life that could be full of joy and happiness. A life that makes others feel. Being a writer means to document the real, the unreal. To give emotion to someone that is only real in your mind. A person you wish you could have become if you were the author to your own story.
It’s funny, the author I am attempts to tackle the realness of the world. The author I am attempts to make readers feel more than just happy. Because the world is more than just happy. As big and wondrous as this beautiful world is, the reality is that most of us have to sell our time with family and friends to afford to spend time with those very same people. We give up years and years of our lives seeking revenge for something that was done to us.
As real as the darkness of the world is, it is also true for the light of the world. For every miss deed, their is a good deed. For every death, there is a life. Perception is the true decider of our own fate. The struggling entrepreneur, the unknown blogger, these are all people who are working at and trying to achieve something. Getting countless no after no after no. However, if they keep going, they are going to get that first yes. They are going to be all definitions be achieving that life goal and ambition.
If this is you, the struggling anything, keep going. Keep sending emails, keep calling, keep trying. Oh yeah that thing I finally did. I finally became that successful entrepreneur!
